Is participation in the ceremony and the cocktail reception free?

Yes! The EUR Digital Systems for Humans is pleased to offer this moment to you and your guests (up to 2 maximum) and to celebrate your success.

I would like to come with a guest. Is it possible?

We are happy to welcome your loved ones to this important moment of your student life. However, due to the limited capacity of the venue, the number of guests per graduate is strictly limited to 2 people maximum. NO EXCEPTION IS POSSIBLE.

  • The graduate is responsible for their own registration AND that of their guests. Guests cannot register individually.
  • Overbooking: please do not reserve seats unless you (or your guests) are certain you can attend.
  • If the graduate wishes to add one or two guests who were not included in the initial registration, they must complete a new registration. This will automatically cancel the first registration (only the most recent registration will be kept).
  • If one or more expected guests can no longer attend, please redo your registration to free seats for other participants. This will cancel the previous registration (tickets initially planned for guests not included in the updated registration will be cancelled).
I want to modify my registration. Is it possible?

Yes, but please note:

  • If the graduate wishes to add one or two guests who were not included in the initial registration, they must complete a new registration. This will automatically cancel the previous one.
  • If one or more expected guests can no longer attend, please redo your registration to free seats for other participants. This will cancel the previous registration (tickets initially planned for guests not included in the updated registration will be cancelled).
  • Every new registration automatically cancels the previous one. Registrations do not accumulate: if you first register alone, then register again with guest A, then a third time with guest B, the ticket for guest A will be cancelled. If you want to come with 2 guests A and B, you must make a single group registration for 3 people (graduate + 2 guests A and B).
Registration and access conditions
  • ALL participants (each graduate and each guest) must be individually registered by name to access the ceremony.
  • It is not possible to register only for the cocktail.
  • No registration will be accepted after 16/01/2026 (11:55 PM) for organizational reasons.
  • The graduate is responsible for their own registration AND that of their guests. Guests cannot register individually. At the time of registration, you may choose 1, 2, or 3 tickets (1 ticket = 1 graduate / 2 tickets = graduate + 1 guest / 3 tickets = graduate + 2 guests).
  • If multiple registrations are made under the same graduate’s name, only the most recent registration will be kept. All other tickets will be cancelled by the organizers.
  • Overbooking: please do not reserve seats unless you (or your guests) are certain you can attend.
  • Every new registration automatically cancels the previous one. Registrations do not accumulate.
  • Please make sure to download your tickets during registration. They will be required to enter the venue.

Warning: Unauthorized tickets (more than 2 guests per graduate) will be systematically cancelled by the organizers. Guests holding cancelled tickets will be denied entry. No complaint will be processed on the day of the event. In case of dispute, the entire group (graduate and guests) may be denied entry.

Registration for faculty, program directors, staff, and organizing committee

Registrations for faculty, program directors, staff, and organizing committee members will be centralized by EUR DS4H. Please do not register individually.

Entry – Ticket control
